Our family company, supported by skilled collaborators, was founded in 1989 in Bologna, with a second gallery opened in Cortina d’Ampezzo in 2012.

Our passion for art, antiques, and collecting lies at the heart of our work. We import directly from Austria, France, Germany, Great Britain, and the United States — offering Biedermeier-period furniture (strictly from the Austro-Hungarian area), paintings, lamps, objects, and memorabilia, especially those exploring the human–nature relationship. We favor animalier subjects, flowers, mountain landscapes, seascapes, and fine portraiture. Every piece is restored by our expert craftsmen to ensure maximum quality.

Breathing new life into objects and furnishings that have survived through the centuries is our way of promoting sustainability and reuse, avoiding today’s throwaway culture. We prefer an approach to interiors defined by clean, elegant lines, allowing our pieces to adapt to different settings and convey a fresh yet timeless aesthetic — in tune with what we call the “Theory of the Smile,” the philosophy behind our interior design concept, much appreciated by younger clients.

We are not antiquarians tout court but also home relookers, capable of reinterpreting existing spaces — not by replacing, but by enhancing what is already there. We love combining antique and modern in harmony, bringing new personality and balance to every interior.
